AQSIQ has released the 2009 National Quality Competitiveness Index of the manufacturing sector. According to the country more than 25 million business-related manufacturing data, in 2009 the competitiveness of our manufacturing quality index reached 82.14, compared with 2008, increased to 0.96 for 11 years, improved.
But the estimated data also showed the quality of China's manufacturing industry continued to increase competitiveness, glue stick while there is still quality cost control weakened, declining investment in technological transformation and other unfavorable factors.
Electronic Equipment topped the list.
According to the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Index measured the quality of the work of the person in charge, in 2009, China's manufacturing sector showed steady improvement of product technology, significant improvement in the quality of compliance, R & D efforts continue to increase capacity for independent innovation and continuously enhance new product development capability and so on.
According to statistics, in 2009 China's manufacturing industry with international standards and foreign advanced standards of products output value accounted for 63.13%, compared to 2008 increased 4.02 percentage points. Annual product quality supervision and spot checks of the 141 categories over 21,300 sample batch, glue gun the average pass rate of 87.8% compared to 2008 increased by 3.3 percentage points. National medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on research and development cost more than 3,000 billion yuan, an increase of more than 18.32% in 2008.
Point of view from 29 manufacturing industries, a total of 22 industries in the quality competitiveness index has improved. Quality competitiveness index remained stable at the higher level and growth of industry communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing, electrical machinery manufacturing, special equipment manufacturing industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry and other fields. Among them, communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment to 87.70 in the first place, than in 2008 increased 0.75.
From a regional perspective, a total of 19 regions in the quality competitiveness index increase over last year. Score more than 80 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) count to 18, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Hunan, Zhejiang and seven areas of manufacturing quality competitiveness index of 85 or more points.
Still weak competitive ability.
Although the 2009 National Quality Competitiveness Index of the overall manufacturing sector than the previous year, but the calculation results also revealed the quality of China's manufacturing competitiveness in the development of weak links and there are still some negative factors:
Quality and cost control weakened. In 2009, the country's key industrial enterprises Thousand mass loss rate of 0.23%, compared to 2008 increased by 0.02 percentage points. Among them, the external mass loss rate of 0.11% in 2008 increased to 0.14%.
Continuous decline in investment in technological upgrading. Since 2005, China's investment in technological upgrading and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are lower than the growth rate of sales growth, technological innovation expenditure to continue to lower the proportion of sales revenue, from 1.79%, 1.54%, 1.44%, 1.37% down to 1.15%.
Export slowdown. By the financial crisis and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in 2009 substantially reduced the export delivery value, there the first decline since 2005, down 13.17% compared to 2008, export delivery value of the share of total industrial sales value fell to 19.67% 4.15 less than 2008 points. In addition to petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel, the rest of the industry's export share declined in varying degrees, fabricated metal products, instruments and culture, office machinery manufacturing, handicrafts and other manufacturing, furniture manufacturing and other industries decline larger, respectively, and 8.80 percentage points down 12.71,10.81,9.70.
Quality competitiveness in some industries increased volatility. Furniture manufacturing, fabricated metal products, rubber products, wood processing and wood, bamboo, rattan, palm fiber and straw products, leather, fur, feathers (down) and its products, textiles, garments, shoes, hats and other manufacturing work intensive industries declined quality competitiveness index, respectively, compared with 2008 decreased by 1.44,0.79,0.66,0.46,0.28 and 0.13.
