Print your child’s teacher’s last initial in a very large font centered on a standard 8”x10” page. Use the printed letter as an outline, and glue on the decorative objects of your choice (such as crayons or colorful buttons) until the printed letter is completely covered. Place your finished 3-D monogram into an 8x10 frame and you have a lovely keepsake to present to your child’s teacher.
Note: you should use a hot glue gun or super glue to make sure the items are strongly adhered to the page. You’ll also need to remove the glass from your frame if the objects you choose have more than 1/8” depth. Approximate cost: $5 working with materials from the dollar store.
